North Carolina Barbecue
_In Eastern North Carolina, whole hog barbecue is king. I have spent many years cooking for and with family and friends for their private parties & in North Carolina Pork Council sanctioned whole hog BBQ competitions. In 2010, due to a job relocation, I packed up my cooker and headed north to Kalamazoo County in Western Michigan.
North Carolina Barbecue has arrived in Western Michigan. We are serving private parties and tailgating with North Carolina Barbecue featuring Pig's On! own Original Eastern NC Vinegar Sauce and Western NC Tomato based sauce. Turkeys are offered for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and for Tailgating.
Pig's On! is continuing the North Carolina traditions in Kalamazoo and Portage.
